Az 1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die (1001 lemez, amit hallanod kell, mielőtt meghalsz) sorozat hetvenegyedik (71) lemeze a Simon and Garfunkel duó 1966. októberében megjelent harmadik albuma, amelynek szép címe (Petrezselyem, zsálya, rozmaring és kakukkfű) a lemezen hallható, az 1500-as évektől ismert angol népdal, a Scarborough Fair második sora.
A fiúk nem erőltették meg magukat, az album játékideje még a harminc percet sem éri el, de a dalok nagyon szépek.
