Bevallom, számomra ez volt a régi kuckó kedvenc kérése, mert amikor belehallgattam a zenébe, az ugrott be, hogy minden elismerésem, aki ezt az anyagot végig bírja hallgatni. Van egy dallamfoszlány, ami felkelti valakinek az érdeklődését, aztán jön a meglepetés… igaz pooly73 ? 🙂

Makrofauna is the ECM debut of Vilde & Inga, a young string duo playing acoustic free improvised music, featuring violin and double bass. By exploring non-traditional approaches to the instruments, the duo greatly expands its timbral palette. The wide horizons of colour allow the music to develop slowly and organically, yet with a keen underlying sense of compositional form.
Alnæs and Aas began to play together in 2010 and both are members of the classical chamber orchestra Ensemble Allegria. Alnæs performs also as a solo improviser, and Aas plays with the trio As Deafness Increases. The duo collaborated with other like-minded improvisers as percussionist Ingar Zach, pianist Christian Wallumrod, trombonist Henrik Munkeby Norstebo, and Endresen, including in her 60th birthday surprise concert in Oslo.

A mai napig végignyargal az a jeges fuvallat a gerincem mellett, mikor meglátom ezt az albumot.
Én egyszer belehallgattam, de nem lett a kedvencem, és akkor roppant visszafogottan fogalmaztam. 🙂
