Minnie Julia Riperton Rudolph (1947-1979) harmadik nagylemeze a The Crusaders együttes tagjainak közreműködésével született, a hangszerelés munkáját pedig Larry Carlton végezte.Az album ugyan sikeres volt, de a Perfect Angel sikerét meg sem közelítette.
A felvételek készítése idején diagnosztizálták az énekesnő rákbetegségét, mely korai halálát okozta.
